Having started his career in financial services in 1984, Steve has many years experience in the Mortgage Market. Steve is a founding father of the Openwork Network and has been ever present since its inception. Steve is very passionate about the job done by himself and advisers. So much so since 1998 he has grown the business without any form of advertising, surviving on word of mouth of his clients alone.
In his spare time Steve enjoys taking part in sports such as Cycling, Skiing and Wakeboarding. He is also a keen Motorcycle rider and enjoys visiting his favourite track Cadwell Park.

Harriet started in the Financial Services Industry after finishing school in 2007. Having spent 9 years at Barclays Bank, Harriet was eager to go out and expand her knowledge early on. She became a Premier Account Manager, Harriet decided to leave and join the Walsall Mortgage Store in February 2016. She has rapidly progressed and now maintains a high net worth client bank. Her drive and passion for the job is clear to anyone she works with/for, and her clients will agree.
In her free time Harriet enjoys exercise and is a very keen runner, having competed at a young age for the West Midlands. Harriet enjoys shopping in her free time and has been known to receive numerous packages all in one day to the office.

Dave started work in 1978 in Retail Banking and has worked in Financial Services ever since. Having worked in Corporate Banking in the 80's & 90's, he then moved to asset finance in 1998. Then in 2012 Dave moved in to the mortgage market as an advisor for the Royal Bank of Scotland, becoming CeMAP qualified. He started with us at The Walsall Mortgage Store in January 2019, and has become a valuable member of the team.
Originally from London Dave moved to the Midlands in 1990, having moved to Sutton Coldfield he married and had three kids. As well as his family, Dave's hobbies include music and 'most' sports, he still plays football once a week as well as taking part in organised runs. In his downtime Dave loves walking his three dogs with his wife Carolyn.

The youngest member of the team, having recently started in financial services. Joe, son of Steve The Practice Principle always had an interest in the company, helping out over the summer whilst at university. Having started full time in January 2019, Joe has settled in well and takes real pride in working to the high standards that have been set by the rest of the team.
As a keen sportsman Joe enjoys playing football at the weekends, as well as taking part in more extreme sports such as wakeboarding and skiing. He also enjoys fairly regular visits to the cinema, and would consider himself a lover of film.

Rachel has worked in the Financial Industry for over 15 years, spending the majority of this time in Retail Banking. She found her passion in helping clients with their mortgage and protection needs, making the move to become a mortgage adviser in 2009. Rachel prides herself on working closely with her clients to ensure they get the best service possible.
Rachel shares a busy household with her partner, two boys and twin stepdaughters. The family love to travel both abroad and in the UK. In her spare time Rachel likes to socialise with her friends and family as well as keeping herself active at the gym.
